Name: Cecil (the Skarmory, but this stuff in parentheses isn't his actual name. xD that'd be a long name!)

Dream Job: A detective in whatever office! Cecil would probably prefer being a scientific investigator/detective, though.

Personality: Cecil was built on rational and logical ideas and thinking. He tries to be very calm and helpful to the citizens of Lotus. Once you break the ice with him, as he is a tiny bit shy, he will be very caring and loyal to you, not to mention supportive. He is an Uchi citizen, through and through!

Biography: Cecil had dealt with his parents fighting a lot, and he often fought with his mom as well. It let him get down sometimes, but Scarlen was always there to cheer him on. After he was old enough, Cecil decided to move away from his home town and Scarlen asked if she could come with him. Of course Cecil accepted, and the two of them found sanctuary here in Lotus. After hearing about this community, Cecil didn't hesitate to seek housing here. After Scarlen and Cecil moved in, it wasn't very hard before Cecil warmed up to Lotus. But Scarlen is still pretty shy, so he is helping her out with that. He never wants anyone to ever give up, even when times are hard, as he's been through the very same himself.
