Raikou is finished! This was a fun project, even though I was intimidated by Raikou. With that, the Legendary Beasts trio is finished! Next I do the Weather Trio, Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza, coming in September. I really hope you liked this piece, I sure do!And yes, this is Route 31 in Johto. Behind is the Dark Cave. And yes, I did draw a lineless Zubat. =w=
