It's a nice piece, but like every piece of art has some flaws and good parts.
First off, digital paintings often utilize solid lineart and solid lines. Make sure your lines and parts of the body are able to be clearly seen and distinguished from other parts. The main complaint I have here is that I can't hardly tell where and what is on absol. I know that this is his mega form, but the outlining of the piece is so sloppy, it's hard to make that out. The eye is done well just like the background, but remember to outline and to make parts of your picture easy to see!
Overall, it's decent but the sloppy outlines and too blended in body parts make it difficult to determine what absol has. :/

And the shading could be a little less sloppy, but whatever.
