The first thing I'll say is that the neck is too wide and a bit too long. Don't worry about it, though; I used to do that when I first started drawing humans as well. XD
Second, her shoulders slant downward more than they realistically would, so next time I would straighten them out a bit. Not too much, though, because shoulders aren't totally straight either.
Third, her legs and lower body are too small/short for her upper body. Although, pretty nice job on her upper body and hips, I can't say much about them. ovo The only thing I'll say is that the chest area (you know what I mean) should be a bit lower (barely), and her chest shouldn't "point out" that high and at such a dramatic angle.
Fourth, the arms should be a little bit longer. (The bottom of the elbows should line up with the top of the hips when the arms are hanging straight down.) But only by a very small amount, because you got them very close to a realistic length. Good job! (:
Fifth, the eyes are too wide-set. The eyes should only be about an eye length apart from each other and half an eye's length from the sides of the face. (Here's a quick tip: The nose is as wide as the space between the eyes, so in other words: the width of an eye = the width of the nose.)
Sixth, the hands and fingers are too small and I can't really tell which way they are facing or where the thumb is. Sorry if that came off as rude, but in a critique, I have to be blunt. Next time I would use a reference, and I would also begin studying hands.
Seventh, the arms are too straight. Arms have curves; they taper down, and the elbows are more defined. I struggle with this as well, though, so don't worry about it too much. XD

Now, I'm no expert at human anatomy either; I'm just trying to teach you what I've learned.
Just so you know, I normally don't do the face anatomically correct because that's part of my style. But, if being completely anatomically correct is what you're looking for...well, I just gave it to you. XD

Although, as others have have said, the neck is too wide. If it was a buff character, then it would be fine, but as this is not, the character's neck needs to be much thinner. I think you still need some tips on human anatomy, which I can offer. I also personally think the eyes can be a little less thick...
