Looks lovely, almost more like a photomanipulation than a render. Excellent effects!

The face seems a bit wide and more orcish then troll when comparing the game to the artwork. The legs downward seem to pull in a bit, giving it a look as if she is leaning towards the viewer, which is pretty neat if this was how you wanted to do it. Overall I love it. Especially since she seems to be a frost death knight which are highly fun to play.
