Description
A mecha I designed for DEM. I wasn't sure if the markers would make it nice or ruin it, but they seemed to turn out very well. I used some manga for design/style references. A pilot would sit in a cockpit built beneath the chestplate, and control the walker with a brain-computer interface, instead of those ridiculous controls all traditional mechs seem to use. Instead of servos and motors for movement, the walker would use a musculatory system of electroactive polymers, for greater flexibility.

It took me a few hours of on/off work to finish it. I could have been faster, but I wanted to make sure everything was right. Pens for the lineart, copic markers for the colouring.
