Description
Stocking sword used by during AFA.There was request on how to do it so here it is. This sword is made to be slim (about 1cm thick) with an edge so the amount of light you can put in it is limited and that it is not very structurally strong.
And a picture taken by for of the sword and stocking in action!

So is it hollow? I need to find a way to make a light-up sword for a costume, but it has a much more complex shape and if this method would require me to make it hollow I'm not sure how that would work :/

Which power switch did you use in this tutorial? Did you just solder it on top of the positive and negative ends?

If you're having a hard time with lighting and soldering (I'm a noob with this stuff so I have no clue what I'm doing) You can always buy premade lighting. I think they have some on Amazon for like 6$ Comes with battery pack and switch attached

The battery box you used, where did you get it? I'm looking for the same one with the same type of on and off switch that takes 2AE batteries. If you could possibly link me to something just like this I'd deeply appreciate it!
