To be honest, when I first started this painting, it was supposed to be a sun. Then I decided to add darker colors of the sky, so you could say it became a yellow moon on the purple night sky with falling stars. You could also say it is a portal to the great beyond. It's the main reason I love fantasy an surrealism. Anything is permitted and anything can happen in such paintings.
