The accused (Trisha Dentz) was apprehended on 31/01/563 AA as she was part of a bank heist that had an unfortunate victim by the name of Jeremy Reinz who was a guard at the local bank in the city of Saint Maries in the Republic of St. Shurelle.

The accused reported that she did not attack Mr. Reinz with her essence power but witnessed testimonies and written testimonies from two of her colleagues that participated in the heist and reported that she is the one who knocked Mr. Reinz down at the beginning of the heist, it was suspected that a blunt weapon was used for the attack, but a witness testimony at the scene of the crime revealed that Mrs. Dentz hit Mr. Reinz int he back of the head with her fist. During the trial it was discovered that Mrs. Dentz was an unregistered essence user and she used her abilities during her attack. Thus her case was transferred to the RCAE court system since it fell under the purview of illegal essence use for an aggressive act.

The bank heist was stopped soon thereafter by an operation performed by the local police department and three people were apprehended at the scene of the crime including Mrs. Dentz and two other associates that go by the name of Joe Crobie and Richard Straus.

Additionally, Mr. Reinz was quickly transported to the local hospital since it was determined that he was non-responsive at the scene of the crime. Mr. Reinz passed the next day at the hospital due to a skull fracture that lead to internal bleeding caused by the blunt trauma to the head.

The evidence at the crime scene all pointed towards the accused being guilty of third-degree homicide of Mr.Reinz by the use of Essence abilities.

A verdict of guilty was declared by a unanimous vote of all 7 judges in the court.

The accused was sentenced to 35 years in the Maximum Security Penal System due to the severity of her crime.
