Description
My first submission! Hooray!A little explanation is required for this one. This sword, Guthbrand, is the sword of the God, Koray. When Koray's lover, Sogugnes, turned him to stone for failing his duty, she was overcome with grief. She took his sword, and killed herself with it. When her heart was pierced, her powers were absorbed by the sword. Legend goes that this is when the power of Drive first appeared
Drive, in this story, is the ability to create various things using the mind and body. It's a material, however it breaks a few of the rules of reality. I won't go into detail, but it's basically another limb that Drive users can summon at will. This sword requires an enormous amount of that power to even pick up. This is how the sword looks when it's powered by Drive
The sword itself is 6 feet, 6 inches from the tip of the blade to the end of the pommel. In this state, it weighs just under 1 pound. It's true name is the Balmung, which also has a long and boring meaning, but I won't go into that. It's called Guthbrand in legends, which translates to God's Sword, because nobody really knew it's true name

How you have the patience to make pixel art like this blows my mind.
I quit after an hour at the most.

Actually, it's really relaxing for me... When I really get into it, I can work on something for hours without realizing it

Yeah, I get like that with other art, but pixel art seems to harass my brain. Mostly the dithering.
I guess I like flowing art?

The detail is excellent, and the shading is incredible.
A large piece of work, and one of your best at that. Fav'd.
