Can't say why, but I have never felt as warmly towards this guy as the other members of Repliforce.
Anywah, he's supposed to be missing his left eye. Not super-clear as to why, and it doesn't come through so well in his sprites, but there it is then. Also, I don't remember ever seeing that the Ground Hunter declaws him! (Again, I don't think I've gotten through X4 legitimately as X, though I have as Zero many times). I was so weirded out that Barubary's sheet has his toes in a separate section, but now I get why. Putting the claws back on was an interesting task. Also- gotta love those animation wipes!

I used 174 colors for this one, a record low for playstation sprites. I did P4 before I noticed the discrepancy with his artwork, which shows him as yellow with orange trim instead of brown with yellow trim. P5 had to be the purple-ish black w/ light brown trim, doing it the other way wouldn't work and woulda been too similar to P1. and using the P5 green looked awwwwful.

P2 was based on his Giga Missions redesign, but since his fingers are the same color as his body, I decided to have his claws/white parts take on a yellow/reddish hue. I kinda like it, but red fingers would make me happier.
