Snow is another painful thing to draw - not the smooth, perfect ground covered surface, but all the rest. The mountain, that I kinda fucked up - it shouldn't be coated in snow, there should be some rock showing... but no matter how hard I tried, I would have end up ruining it so I left it like that. The trees are premade brushes of course (these brushes ), I'm not able to draw those. =3= But the snow, I had to add it myself. I also realized I really enjoy to colour tree trunks
As for the composition, I tried the golden triangle: can you tell~?

Hey, the composition is very nice and dynamic! I like the colors in the drawing, white snow + grey clothes are harmonic and then the red of the handle and the brown of his skin stand out and help making the drawing look less cold. I like how the drawing is full of triengles, the mountain, the trees, the hair, the shape of his arms, sword and body, even his beard XD It looks interesting~

Man this is so well done! I absolutely love the composition and the character!! It's brilliant and gorgeous!!
As for the mountains, i kinda like how they look! Some rocks would have made it look more realistic, sure, but i really like the idea of a frozen mountain! Like, pure ice! Not conventional but i believe it helps to give more of a fantasy feeling to the piece and helps the character pop even more from the background
