Point Commission for ToshoriPhew, it was hard to put all those particulars in the small body of a chibi (in fact I had to simplify something), but I did it at last!
I refer mainly to tattoos, I had to shrink them but not too much, or they would have been unrecognizable! I already had some experience in D.gray-man outfits, so that wasn't a novelty for me
The ice... it was fun to draw it, indeed! ...but there aren't tutorials on how to draw it (well, I didn't found any), not to mention to how to color it (I'm talking about "anime" ice, because for realistic ice there are a lot)! So, I used some scans from Akame ga Kill! (I don't like Esdeath at all, but in this case was useful xD) as reference, and I improvised for coloring. I was lucky, it came out not bad but I cannot help but think it looks more like light blue crystals than ice .-.I'm paranoid
