I can't believe I didn't get the connection before... Ingrid and Raven's voices ARE very similar - even though Tara Strong's voice acting varies quite a bit. I thought you just put them together because they're all... goth-y. Heh.

That's Ingrid Third from that Disney show, I forgot what the name is. The one where she is a safety monitor with a partner and they act like cops.
I'm guessing they're put together for maybe two things: they both have the same voice actress, which is a wild guess and the fact that they both are almost alike in mannerism and their way of thinking.
