Zekrom!!!!!!!! I'm so happy with how Zekrom turned out, I remember the first time I attempted to draw it and maaaan it was not good. Been practicing for a while now and it really paid off, I love her powerful physique, and I kinda dig how she kinda just turns into a giant shadow sometimes (especially against the bright sky). Everyone in this episode was a pain to draw tho. Every time I opened the file to do line art I would be met by Ghetsis or Alder or Zekrom or even Hydreigon, none of which I enjoy drawing. I will never understand how Ghetsis or Alder's outfits work. >m< Thanks for your patience, I know two months feels like a long time to wait for just one single normal length episode, but with everything that's going on it's really nice to have the extra time to work on the episode. Late to the party, but WOW what a page! Brilliant as usual. I'm really loving Zekrom, man she's awesome! I love how that is how she flies. And the attitude is nice. Look how she preens at N's hype speech! At least, she looks kinda pleased. I might need to get used to gauging giant dragon expressions.

haha, yeah, she's supposed to look pleased at N introducing her, it's like, someone gets it XD it's rather hard to see her expressions, her shade is so dark and she got lines all over her face.Ā

GOD, zekrom and hydreigon are INCREDIBLE in your style! what would unova be without those epic endgame dragons. i REALLY like how arrogant and emboldened by their power N and ghetsis are. look at N! hes SO dang confident that he doesnt even care he lost his hat!!!
all of this pressure on jet... is she gonna crumble or rise to the challenge? really love how tense this episode was and how it raised the stakes exponentially. but also, i like the line about "three days time" so it gives you a little bit of wiggle room, i thought that was a bit clever and will excuse anything your characters do that isnt just running straight to the league. story wise, its one of the hardest things to justify in B/W.Ā
the expressions in this page are so good. especially zekrom, it made me immediately endeared to her. i also like that you gave her female pronouns! >:39
also, ghetsis's little peace sign gives me so much life.

Three days seemed like enough time for N to also train up his vanillish and klink before challenging Alder too, plus he knows the other dragon isnt even summoned so it's only polite to give the other side a bit of time XD
OwO i really liked the idea of a female zekrom when i did research on taoism and found out the darkness yin is associated with feminine energy. At first it felt weird but it's really grown on me and now I cant see her any other way!
Haha, the peace sign was actually a last minute thing because I couldnt figure out how to have him ride away in a cool manner. So I just didnt XD
