Description
A Wind
8 x 10 in lith print on fiber
2007
Old black and white I decided to make a lith print with.
Since the highlights of the frame looked pretty weird I thought it would make a good print.
Guess if you can tell what else I did, pretty interesting how it changed the frame.
I think printing is just as important as making the image in camera, it's the whole process.
(even if your horrible at it

I'm out of words trying to explain the tones & the feeling they create. Especially the silky sky!

I'm horrible at both.
Gorgeous image Keith. I love how the sky looks so dramatic.

Your definately right. But normal people just do normal prints. You are the only person I know of here at DA who does not just silver gelatin prints (if there are other, please feel free to note). I got somewhere a german magacine, where there's a how-to on oilprints (on paper), but it's so difficult to find any information on this topic. *HINT*
