This is my entry for 's coloring contest.Did the best I could at coloring this, had fun and added in a few small details to the background. Shading took me long enough.

Well very awesome of you to hold such a contest open for us non-artists. Saw in a few of the other entries, the people are colorists that can't draw very well but color others works of art with great skill. I know I can't draw to save my life. Ha ha!

And yeah, when I saw your coloring, I figured I had to pull all the stops and try my very hardest on getting this to look as good as it does. I have my own style of coloring, but yours was really beautiful. It's going to be a tough judge, that's for sure.

Fortunately, I don't have to judge, I just get to sit back and watch the pictures as they come through. I agree, it will be hard. I put things I've learned recently into mine that definitely helped (first time I've been happy with how lipstick turned out, for example), but there are huge flaws in mine that I haven't learned yet how to fix...and one embarrassing one I noticed after I uploaded. Even if I don't win, though, I'm still glad I participated since it was fun to color and improved my abilities. If I don't, I hope you're the one who beats me. Seeing Zero appearances always make me smile.
We do have more competition though. Kikanemimi has already posted a formidably impressive coloring too. [link]

Damn it, that art looks amazing. Yeah I really have a lot I need to learn indeed on digital coloring better. Oh well. Looking forward to seeing any other entry, that's for sure.
