This Latias lives in the Reverse World's Altomare Sector. She was "built" from the soul dew of a Latias that was killed in a fierce battle long ago, a fragment of this soul dew still existing in the golden collar she wears above her scarf.Giratina created this Latias out of its own loneliness as it longed for someone to talk to in the reverse world. After Giratina left the reverse world, this Latias soon followed her master out, using her own teleportation abilities to leave the reverse world's distorted lands. She now flies along side her master as the two prowl the normal world and reverse world alike.

Although this Latias is synthetic. She was created by Giratina as a companion. In all, she's really just a puppet of sorts; she can think for herself, but is completely artificial.

Good job on not making her too skinny, but now she looks a bit, umm, square-ish?
The feet are supposed to be triangle-shaped, not just like a strip of cloth.
And Latias' usually have two wing-tips.

Well, remember that this IS the reverse world and she WAS resurrected by Giratina who barely has any knowledge of pokemon outside of the reverse world (hence some details are off).
