Description
You see, not all Latias are quiet, sweet-hearted pokemon. Some are a little more, well... outgoing I guess you could call it. XDDon't get the wrong idea though; she isn't a bad Lati, just a pyromaniac with an itchy trigger finger. >XD
Her friends know her as Fuse (as in the fuse of an explosive). She loves rockets, fireworks, and pretty much anything that goes boom.
She can't sit still for more than a few minutes, and always wants to be out doing something, be it hanging out with her closest friends, racing around her home town at the fastest speed she can fly, or her main hobby; blowing things up.

PS: I drew this in less than thirty minutes (30 min) so it's not as detailed as I would have liked it to be.

I always knew that Latias was somewhat mischievous. However, Fuse should probably take a few precautions when dealing with explosives, such as safety goggles, and maybe a helmet. (Although that might look kinda silly. Still, safety first. )

She probably got it from some other pokemon (most likely a Keckleon, as they're the only ones with shops, as can be seen in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon).

A hyper pyromaniac Latias, now thats something you don't see everyday. Its a pretty good picture considering the fact that you only spent half an hour on it. I like the expression you gave her, scary.

The Latias I caught in Emerald had a Naughty Nature. I don't think of Latias as a super sweet pokemon (that's Cresselia's job) but more like you said Fuse is; not saying all Latias are pyromaniacs either, but they should all have a slightly mischevious side. What fun would a 100% nice being be?
