Description
A return to my Jellyfish characters (although this character isn't actually a true jellyfish).

Based on this actual specimen:

I just couldn't help but think that it's array of tentacles resembled a gown of sorts, so I tried to make this jelly-mer seem elegant and graceful.

AND NOW FOR THE BACKSTORY:

This species of jelly-mer live deep in the ocean amongst the darkness of the shadowy waters.

They have a sort of aristocracy which is guided by their messengers; bio-luminescent fish. Using their quiet movements as instructions, they command their glowing staff to send blinking, Morse Code-like messages throughout the deep and through their dusk-shrouded estates.

They're composed of multiple smaller organisms, each identical in genetic make-up. They communicate with each other to form the mer's consciousness which can drift through their bodies as easily as they drift through the current.
