I would love to see you put hundreds of hours researching master chief and the rookie then doing the basic sketch and basic colours then spend HOURS refining it and making it perfect but untill you do that fuck Off and who gives a shit about if someone uses a certain art program .

Now, hold on. Do you have any proof? this person is a very amazing artist, and the style and quality of the work is standing up. Not to mention this guy has this piece in a ton of groups. If he was a thief then wouldn't he have been kicked off by now? So when you have proof. let me know. A taken down account and few grumbling artists is no proof.
