That looks like Emma in the bottom-right corner. Really cool design on the tree, I love the little hanging lantern-looking homes in the upper-left. I think you could have done without the "tree" in the bottom-left corner, looks like you just scribbled some solid brushstrokes and called it a day, but obviously the great detail in the middle is supposed to be the focus.

I think you can. Looking at the crystals, I can safely say this is a concept work for an environment in the MMORPG "League of Legends".
