Another Character design I did for the Dream Works folks.It's not a Dream Works project, just to clarify. A side project done by a group of people there.
This is just a sketch picturing the IP with a stylized look.

u gotta make some sort of tutorial as to how u used the photoshop tools and what settings do what effects.
~I've been trying desperately, i know I have a decent amount of skill but im not getting anywhere with my limited knowledge of photoshop functions.
