Description ...so this was my first attempt at capturing lightning.

The title of this photo has a twofold meaning. One, well... obviously because it's lighting. And two... I forgot to CHARGE my extra BATTERY! grr.. so these attempts were prematurely halted, but not before I got just a couple good ones.

Just some contrast and tuning done with a crop as well.

Thank you so much! Yes, I've been wanting to for a long time too, and last night where I was there was a lightning storm all night. It was breathtaking.
