My apologies for the crappy scan job. My scanner's a little too small for my sketchbook and I hate ripping pages out. But this is Ashlin from my good friend book, Shotgun. And I'm not very experienced with ringlet curls (and to this is what they look like). I just looked at a picture in a manga I have and tried to get the technique down. And I know it needs work, I'm not great at drawing arms like this either, but I shall practice and improve and advice is welcome. Nice advice. ^^Related content

Thank youuuu~!!!!! I did have a picture of Shizuka's drawing of her, but without curly hair, so I just went off that for the right body position, like what she wanted it to look like. Other than that, I think I did well on my own. ^^

I had to ask my friend about the hair color and I just colored the clothes as I pictured them, since the picture she had given me fore reference had no color. And I guessed on the eyes too. XD

Thank you!!! I tried with the coloring, no idea if those are the actual colors except for the hair, I just thought they'd look good and I guessed completely on the eyes. XD

sometimes color comes out better when you have more ink on the picture

yeah kinda-if you look at my deviant ID you can see that the ink lines on the arms are thicker and below the chin too
