Description
I've done these sprites ages ago. Back in December actually, but I don't know why I haven't bothered to upload these. But at least here they are. I enjoyed spriting these and I can't wait to see what we have in store for Ultra Sun and Moon! You are allowed to use these sprites for your personal use, just please give credit. Thanks! π

Thatβs not how you spell seriously but-
The reason why white shines work so well is that they have another color changed to fit the color palate. (Take shiny trevenant for example, it changes the green to a nice red as well)
If the line changed itβs red to orange and fire to blue, I wouldnβt mind, but they DIDNT, and all they changed was the black to white, and it just looks distracting. Same for the salandit line. If they swapped the purple and orange/pink colors and maybe change slanditβs Black head to light grey it would look better.

White and red is a very nice palette. I personally really like the shiny Litten line. Salandit too actually. They're visually very interesting and pretty.
Tastes differ!
Also, that's a very unfitting thing to comment on someone's pixel art tbh. Not like the artist has any control over what the Pokemon dev team decides for shinies. Comment on the art skill, please.

I do agree that white and red CAN be a good color palette. I just feel like those two shinies were poorly executed. Becuase they didnβt adjust any other color but the blacks, it pops out too much and hurts my eyes.
Ooops... sorry. The pixel art IS good. I should have commented this somewhere else.

Great work! You really captured the style of the Sun and Moon while imbuing the pixel versions with a bit of personality in their poses like in the older generations' art.

You know what's funny, Shiny Primarina reminds me a bit of Minerva Mink as a mermaid. Don't believe me, look up Minerva Mink, go to the Animaniacs wiki and then scroll down to her images until you find her. They have the same exact blonde hair, pink "frills" (and bra on Minerva's part) and blue tail, although this is just me pointing it out.
