Beautiful work; I really love the way you drew her head, since it's quite accurate anatomically, yet has eyes that give her a very human expression. Her dress is well designed, and there's a good deal of emotion.
I'd say her arms, while very well drawn, look rather human, which gives off an odd effect...

I used a reference to get the details right for the head, and then altered the expression and a few other parts of the head for my purposes.
