Overkill is thinking "this cat is trying to steal all the affection before i can get it!!" Oh God maybe that's why he collects fingers! He thinks Panya will like them.... haha just kidding. Β Just a coincidence.Β

Interesting theory! Β Whatever the reason, I doubt Panya approves.

oh my gosh I love this so much!!!!!!!!!! kind of reminds me ofΒ my cats. socks always looks grumpy (but he's actually really sweet) and Misty would bring us dead things if she could (she's de-clawed).

Had a surly, stoic feral cat we fed when I was a kid that used to bring us all kinds of delicious critters in various stages of mauling and decapitation. Β Not all of them dead. Β Chewed the heads off of chipmunks. Β Often. Β Chased down a wild rabbit right in front of me.Β
Also had a disgruntled, tsundere Pekingese who hated all but the folks at home who fed him. Β Wrathful, gluttonous, disobedient little baby...
This...uh...probably explains some things.

Hahaha...I know that. I had to sweep a gutted shrew off my back porch this morning. My kitten left it as offerings of love and praise. I also watched her eat a shrew the other day. It crunched. Not to mention the population of chipmunks has drastically gone down. The dead lay scattered in mutilated clumps on our porch. My one cat, Sam, he used to have a chipmunk hole where he would stash the dead bodies. My lil' bro found it. It had seven chipmunks in there. Horrible....why cats? Dogs are so obedient and docile! Cats are...EVILLLLL

I'm going to assume you're read some Terry Pratchett and are familiar with Greebo.
If not, you need to read Wyrd Sisters right now.
RIGHT NOW.
At least it's only hand.
My former biology teacher owned a siamese that regularly brought her fox and coyote corpses, and on one occasion, cornered a deer in the yard.

Will do!
That cat was a BAMF! Β ...and sounds a little terrifying. Β Wonder what a catfight between him and Over-cat would go down like...

Well, assuming Panya is about 5'6", Over-cat is about 2/3 the size of Simon, but with a denser build. Mass advantage goes to Simon.
At the peak of his fitness, Simon already had a kill-count well into the thousands (mostly mice and toads, but dozens of foxes, cats and coyotes- and aggravated assault on a mountain lion.)
I'm not sure how old or experienced Over-cat is, but I'm willing to bet it would be a very close, very bloody battle probably resulting in the death of both participants.

Yup. Β It's kind of adorkable how much he parallels the common house cat. Β
A stray cat we fed/sort of adopted in my childhood named Patch used to bring us dead birds and rodents and leave them on the back deck in front of the door. Β He did this so often the deck was stained red and we had to blast the darn thing with water to get the stains out. Β
I'm told this is how cats show affection. Β NOTΒ LIKE HE CARES or anything...
