Description
Due to popular demand here it is :00.:RULES:.Get it by pressing the ''DOWNLOAD'' button at the right side of this deviation! It is a Photoshop file and was done with CS3!!
-FREE to use, no need to ask me if you will use it.
-No need to credit back HOWEVER DO NOT CLAIM THE MAIN BASE AS OWN! (you can copyright yourself what ever you edit but however not the main base!)
-Feel free to make point and/or paypal commissions using this base.
-You are ALLOWED to use it outside this webpage, only if you credit me back for it.
-You are ALLOWED to edit the base as you wish, change colors, make it bigger, add wings, manes, etc.
-You can flip the animation and or base and fuck the police and go against the flow or direction err that sounded so damn lame haha sweats.

-I recommend using the animation speed of 0.12 or 1 second.
