Description
Avware, the Galvanic Mechomorph, was the head of security and viral repair on Galvan B. If there was any sign of viral corruption and damage then him and his team would go out and take care of the problem with extreme force. One day as he was trying to keep a corrupted mechomorph under control, Β Avware was captured by Traglor mercenaries and was taken from his planet. He went through horrible experiments that took most of his nanites away from him to upgrade the merc's weapons and he himself was forcibly made to shapeshift into ships and vehicles. Throughout all his torture he still hopes that he'll be able to go home and waits for the moment to escape his captors.Β

Evil Ben from alternate timeline where Ghostfreak did take ben over and plunge the world into eternal darkness. All his aliens have a ghostly or zombie like quality to them.

Hold on, hold on, I got one. Ben actually accepts Elena's love and joins her. I imagine that eventually he becomes one with the nanochips as well, becoming almost like her. The Omnitrix, or rather Ultimatrix that he had then, is now infused into his body, allowing him to use his alien's powers without changing his form much,

Good idea, Β though I would suggest changing that Ben just uses the powers without transforming. I think that takes away from what makes Ben 10 cool. I think he should have his nanochips inside change him into aliens instead of the omnitrix and he can change parts of his body to have more than one ability at a time like Kevin 11.Β
I got another Evil Ben. What if at the end of The Perfect Day, the forever knights couldn't get the omnitrix off and max and gwen were too late to save ben, the knights brainwashed him into thinking he was always a part of their organization and supressed or deleted his real memories

Also, I would like to reword what I meant on that cybernetic evil Ben. I was thinking that the icon that is displayed on the new Omnitrix is displayed on his chest instead of the omnitrix symbol

I thought of another Ben. A godlike ben from the end of ultimate alien where he had that alien sword. It's said that absolute power corrupts absolutely and in this case ben used tge power to wipe out all evil in his universe and became an overlord to the universe so that no evil could rise up and stop him from being a "hero"
