Use of Powers: Will leap onto an enemy's neck and control them by attaching his eyestalks to the nerves underneath the skin , Will view and erase memories

Weaknesses: His small size, needs a host body to defend himself, If enemy's willpower is strong then controlling him will be difficult.

Additional Info: Cerebrollers and Galvans were once allies for eons until the Cerebrollers were blamed for bringing the wrath of a savage alien race upon Galvan Prime. Cerebrollers used to be the main defense force for the Galvan military. Cerebrollers can't speak they must use a host body to speak for them.
