The reimagined bully duo of Power Rangers

There was little that Francisco Bulkowski and Eugene Skulowitz could depend on. They both lived in the poorer part of Angel Grove and in the same apartment building. With parents that were either absent or working all the time to provide, this meant that young Cisco and Gene were left to fend for themselves against some of the harsher elements of their neighborhood. Older kids would beat them up and make fun of them for being fat or being a scrawny weakling. After a while, the two friends had enough and trained to become stronger. Cisco built up his muscles with weightlifting and Gene started training to run faster and avoid any attacks or objects thrown at him. After a while, Cisco and Gene returned, not as weaklings but as the fighters, Bulk and Skull. They took on their bullies and emerged victorious. From that moment on they became a pair to be reckoned with. For years, they got into trouble and got an extensive record with the police. Lt. Jerome Stone dealt with the boys on many occasion and when they got out of being in juvie for six months, Stone arranged for them to go to Angel Grove High School instead of the school they were originally meant for which was located in their neighborhood.

Despite being in a better school, Bulk and Skull still carried with them their tendency for trouble and bullying as they tormented Billy and fought against Jason and Zach. Though they wouldn't ever state it, they were jealous of the thee guys and how life seemed to be going so well for them with many accomplishments, just being well liked by most everyone, and forming a good friend group with Kim and Trini. Meanwhile everyone avoids Bulk and Skull and teachers assume that they'll just be trouble and eventually drops out. When the Power Rangers come around, Bulk and Skull are amazed at the heroes and wonder if they might also do just like them and actually craft weapons, shields, and ride on a motorcycle and sidecar to go fight against monsters. It's a disaster as they're out of their element, but the effort is appreciated by the Power Rangers.

Additional Info
1) Skull has a crush on Kim.
2) Skull really likes the name Spike. Might name his kid that, regardless of if it's a boy or girl.
3) Bulk has a recurring dream of him and Skull becoming chimpanzees and has no clue why this keeps coming back.
4) Skull is a really good piano player.
5) For money, Bulk and Skull take part in crazy experiments of a crazy doctor, Phineas Phenomenus.
6) Bulk is a huge fan of samurai movies
7) Bulk is a skilled mechanic and welder.
