Personality: Much like his parents, Conner has a strong sense of justice, though it can bend when it comes to thievry or petty crime. He is a ladies man which greatly annoys his mother and twin sister, but it makes his father proud. He's very kind to those around him, but get him angry and he's just as violent and volatile as his mother.

History: Being the son of a thief and a cop hasn't made Copper's life very easy. He was never fully accepted into either world. Despite being his father's son, Copper has found his calling in law enforcement when he stopped corrupt cops from extorting a local business. After that his mother pulled some strings and got him into a police academy. He wasn't accepted by the other recruits and the instructors because of the rumor that his dad was Sly Cooper. He did manage to find a friend in one recruit, Olivia Minkerton, who would eventually become his future partner. When their training was finished Conner became the best recruit the police academy had seen, though he had to thank that in part to his abilities he got from his father's side if the family. He is currently working as an officer at Interpol, just like his mother. He works closely with his mentor Captain McBadger, his partner Olivia Minkerton, and a rookie officer that Conner is mentoring, Ralph "Rookie" Rodentski. He helps his family out somtimes with getting them info on any villains they may face.

Abilities: He possesses all the abilities that one would learn in to the thievius racoonus along with agility and super reflexes, . He also has his mother's superhuman leaping ability. He can pick locks, and is an expert marksman.

Weapons: Conner has two weapons on him at all times, his shock pistol and his nightstick. But when they are combined with his "Cooper Cane Hook" his shock pistol becomes a shock rifle/"cane" and his nightstick becomes a taser/"cane".

Additional Information:
1) Conner accent constantly shifts between normal english and spanish
2) Conner is allergic to fish, which is ironic considering his ancestor Riochi Cooper invented sushi.
3) Despite seemingly having no space under his jacket, he manages to pull many things such as handcuffs and his weapons out from under it.
4) When his thieving urge hits him hard, the Cooper insignia will appear in his belt buckle badge.
