Cool! Pun intended. Kinda reminds me of an Appoplexian's polar cousin. I like his colors, hands, horns, mouth, shoulder spikes, and face.

While looking at this, I had another absolutely insane idea: Ben and co. team-up with Santa Claus(the real Santa, not a Santa-fied Max) and fight the Krampus.

Yes, it would, wouldn't it(even though the original series already had one)?
Obviously, though, Santa and the Krampus would've never worked together in this universe(at least, if I had any say-so). Why? Because I highly doubt that Ol' Saint Nick, regardless of how "naughty" a child has been, would've ever condoned or allowed kidnapping, assault, and murder(the Krampus doesn't just kidnap and/or beat "naughty" children, he literally eats them as his "Christmas Dinner!").

True but a lot of cartoons have multiple holiday specials so this could make a good one.
Maybe the episode could be that duringΒ Christmas Ben, Gwen, and CooperΒ find a magical doorway like before and it leads to an Artic magical dimension where Santa and his elves are in a never ending war with Krampus and his troll army to keep them from getting through the doorway which materializes every Christmas Eve and disappears on the midnight after Christmas. Santa explains to the team thatΒ he made the doorway suck in everyone in the dimension including himself so that Krampus and his massive army couldn't spread his misery to the children of the world during Christmas and that's why he isn't in the world anymore. He's busy defendingΒ a worldΒ where most don't believe in him so that they can have a special kind of joy during one time of the year.Β Also one detail for everyone in the magic dimension, year round they're "frozen" like stone statues and when December hits they unfreeze and each side prepares to defend or take over the doorway, then after Santa is victorious, all the fallen soldiers on both sides are revived and frozen again so that they can continue this endless cycle next year and the year after that and the year after that. Do you have examples of how the elves and trolls would look(my search thus far has left me confusingly empty-handed)?
π: 0 β©: 1
Zigwolf In reply to Holycrap1992 [2015-02-12 06:33:07 +0000 UTC]
Well I think the elves should look the same as the ones from the Christmas episode and the trolls should look something like this i.kinja-img.com/gawker-media/iβ¦Β not exactly like that but something just asΒ monstrous and nonhuman looking.

Holycrap1992 In reply to Zigwolf [2015-02-13 02:32:41 +0000 UTC]
I assumed so, but would they be armored or not?
Should the trolls be short, like the elves, or bigger(if the latter, then how big)?
π: 0 β©: 1
Zigwolf In reply to Holycrap1992 [2015-02-13 06:19:16 +0000 UTC]
Hmmm, I don't think so, maybe animal skins ? I don't want the trolls being harder to defeat. They have size and strength on their side but the elves have numbers and ingenuity.
Definitely bigger like 5x larger than a normal elf.

Holycrap1992 In reply to Zigwolf [2015-02-13 06:50:14 +0000 UTC]
Are there any examples you could show me? Also, what weapons should the Elves use(swords and shields, spears, bows/crossbows, or anything higher-tech)?
I don't know if I'd go five times exactly, but I definitely could make them bigger.
Going back to the Krampus himself, what color should his skin and hair/fur be(I ask because there's a few interpretations out there that have differing color-schemes)?

Zigwolf In reply to Holycrap1992 [2015-02-13 08:13:22 +0000 UTC]
s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/7β¦. Maybe the elvesΒ could have Christmas themed weapons like candy cane swords.
Well I'd imagine that elves are half the size of an average adult so I'd imagine that the trolls would as tall as three elves on each other's shoulders.
Skin grey and Fur black. We'd want the color schemes of him and Santa to be as opposite as they can be.

True...
This would've been an absolutely amazing Christmas episode(maybe even a two-parter)!... Although, for some reason, it also reminds me of Team Fortress 2...

Yeah, just a comparison I noticed.
In terms of appearance, how do you think the Krampus would look(there's been quite a few interpretations of his design). Would he be tall, short, thin, or muscular? Would he be humanoid or monstrous?

Kinda reminds me of how the armies in the episode "Simple" are a bit of a reference to Red vs Blue.
I think it would be cool if he looked something like this. www.sixus1.com/wp-content/uploβ¦

Yeah, they were, weren't they?
Hmmm... interesting design choice(though, I'm not sure if I'll be able to pull-off all those twisting and curving horns)... I'm also torn on whether I'd make him hairy, clothed, both, or neither...
Also, would Santa look the same as Max did, or should he have a different design?
π: 0 β©: 1
Zigwolf In reply to Holycrap1992 [2015-02-09 06:55:56 +0000 UTC]
If only they could of based some of the characters from both armies on the characters from RVB, then that episode would of been hilarious.
Whoops! I forgot to say that he'd only have his two horns. I'd say that he'd mostly hairy but have some bare parts to his body, probably matching how a gorilla looks.
Different design. I'm thinking like a norse warrior Santa.

Holycrap1992 In reply to Zigwolf [2015-02-09 23:04:30 +0000 UTC]
Indeed it would... at least, more hilarious than the convoluted misunderstanding clusterfuck(or, in Kevin and Argit's case, profit-driven war-mongering) that was "Simple."
That sounds reasonable... also, should he be clothed or not? Would he use a whip or his signature tree-branch-thing?
Like this , or this ?
π: 0 β©: 1
Zigwolf In reply to Holycrap1992 [2015-02-10 02:34:01 +0000 UTC]
No clothes, I think the savage look for him would work if he didn't have any. I think a whip, that tree thing he has doesn't look very threatening.
YES!!!! Just like that!

On a side-note, do you think that Peter Weller(i.e.: the guy who voiced Batman in the "Dark Knight Returns" two-part animated movie) would be a good pick to voice this version of Santa Claus?

Zigwolf In reply to Holycrap1992 [2015-02-17 06:01:15 +0000 UTC]
I do think his voice is very cool, but do you think he can sound like a warrior and someone who sounds like how we think the classic version of Santa might sound ?

Maybe, I just thought he might be a good and/or cool voice for this version of the character.

I just had an idea: since the Krampus is usually depicted as having chains shackled to his wrists, perhaps THAT could be the whip(hell, the end(s) could even be red-hot or burning, for maximum damage)...
