My version of the Gator Ghoul from Scooby Doo with some of the Creeping Creatures mixed in.

The Gator Ghoul was a normal baby alligator in the Louisiana swamps at the start of his story, he was accidentally captured in a swamp trap by Gunther Gatorelli, and taken care of by him til Gunther's parents, Grady and Greta found out and flushed the baby alligator down a toilet after it bit Grady's finger off for trying to throw him out. The gator ended up in the sewers where it swam in chemicals dumped by Jonathon Jacobo, The Were-Odactyl, from one of his ruined secret labs. The chemicals mutated the gator as he aged and when he became an adult, he was 7 feet and 400 lbs of pure mutant alligator muscle. When his food source in the sewers stopped, he turned towards eating corpses from the Lafayette Cemetery which made people identify him as a ghoul. In his new swamp home, he encountered a woman who moved into a house on the bayou, Alice Duvey, and was about to eat her when she brought him a giant slab of beef to feed on. Alice was a butcher and luckily had meat with her to pacify the Gator and she had to keep bringing him meat to keep herself alive. When the feeding started to effect her business, Alice started to butcher a different kind of meat to survive, human meat. With the appearance of a ghoul and the missing people, this attracted the attention of Mystery Incorporated and they packed up and went straight to Louisiana to investigate this scaly brute.
