A reimagining of Pierre Goulash, a villain from A Pup Named Scooby Doo.

Pierre Ghoulash was one of the most renown french chefs in the U.S. and under the employment of the Blakes to create for them the most delicious and luxurious meals. Though things were not great for the chef. His best work never seemed to wow Mr. and Mrs. Blake as it did for others and they seemed to change menu on him last minute. Bringing in exotic ingredients also presented a problem for Pierre as they were food that he never tried before. On one particular night, the Blakes once again changed the dinner choices again and brought in the Miyashima Fugu Pufferfish to feast on. There are only 7 in the world and all but one part of it is poisonous. Cooking it wrong means instant death. Pierre had never prepared this fish before and struggled to cut it in the right way for sushi. After completing it, he personally brought it out to the Blakes to see if this could finally be up to their standards. The Blakes wanted him to taste test it first. Pierre insisted that he was confident in his abilities, but The Blakes goaded him into eating it after claiming that maybe he's not the chef they thought he was. Pierre ate the sushi and claimed, it was his best work. Seconds later, he started vomiting blood and fell to the ground, dead. The Blakes swept this under the rug and made it seem like Pierre died in a drunk car accident. The only people who knew the truth were The Blakes, the servants, and Daphne who was only a child at the time. This wasn't the end for Pierre, though. His spirit lingered in the Blake Mansion, turning over objects and causing all kinds of supernatural disturbances. Pierre wouldn't have much effect on anyone until a supernatural energy surged through Crystal Cove. Making him strong enough to cause poltergeist levels of devastation.

I wanted to give this ghost a particular feel, so I went with something that might be seen in Ghostbusters.
