Shellshocker, a big fan of the Hybrids and nephew to Weston Trexler AKA TREX

His real name is Tim Ordus and he is a triple hybrid, with a Galapagos Turtle/Electric Eel Form.

His story is that Tim comes from a wealthy background with his mother being the sister of Weston Trexler, CEO of Trexler Industries, When Tim was 10 him and his parents were in a "suspicious" boating accident in the Galapagos Islands. Tim survived and the only thing that was salvaged from the boat was a partly ruined pocket watch that was originally his grandfather's but was passed to his father and was now his. Tim grew up under his Uncle Weston's care but didn't like the ruthless business tactics his uncle was fond of using. It gave not only Weston a bad name but also made everyone assume Tim was the same way. Tim knew he had to stand up to Weston but had to wait for a big opportunity to do so or else he'd be ignored or it would be assumed that what he did was because of teenage rebellion. While on a tour of Trexler Industries Labs with Weston, Tim snuck away and wandered the labs until he came to Hybrid Warfare. He saw what his Uncle was truly up to, Tim decided freeing all the subjects was something he had to do. After getting into the security office, Tim deactivated all security barriers and locks and signaled everyone towards the exit. Unfortunately Tim was struck by a Platypus hybrid and was paralyzed, leaving him for security and Trexler to find. Trexler expressed such disappointment in Tim and Tim agreed but he was disappointed in himself for not standing up to Trexler sooner. To make up for the subjects that Tim freed, Trexler used his own nephew as a Hybrid subject turning him into the first of a new wave of Hybrids, The Triple Hybrids, humanoid combinations of two animals in one. Tim would later escape when the Hybrids finally teamed up and went to Trexler Industries Labs to take on TREX. He escaped into the sewers, and later thought was incredibly cliché, being a turtle himself. He found new clothes and goggles and fashioned them into a "uniform" that looked a lot like the uniforms the hybrids wore. Shellshocker's shell is bulletproof and his main form of attack if his Taser Touch, being part Eel, he can create a considerable amount of electricity to shock his opponents. If he unlocks more of his Eel side, he'll be able to control electricity all around him.
