There are a number of anxiety and stress related mental issues that one can look up in a dictionary. Ranging from causes to everyday problems to traumatic fears, the list goes on. And then there's Loaf, who in all honesty is just a bundle of anxiety, nervousness, fears, and paranoia all rolled up into one little fur covered ball of stress who can’t seem to relax, at least not completely anyway. Why he was made the communications officer of the Pluto Crew is anyone’s guess really. Then... you've got HULK. In hindsight, Loaf getting a hold of an ominous green glowing Infinity Fractal was definitely leading to something that would be a big game changer. It didn’t help that when he absorbed the essence, the Fractal outright exploded in Loaf's face. Sure enough afterwards, Loaf grew into a gargantuan green behemoth of incredible strength. Loaf Hulk, as he calls himself, is obviously an entirely separate person to Loaf, for where as Loaf obtained part of Bruce Banner's smarts and iron will and so on, Loaf Hulk is simply Loaf Hulk. Thinking about it, the Pluto Crew all came to realize that Loaf Hulk is very likely the inner feelings of Loaf made manifest and given life. Essentially the inner part of Loaf that is the inner puppy of Loaf instead of anxiety and nervousness of the fear that grips him, Loaf Hulk instead lashes with a ferocity and rage that refuses to submit to the threat at hand, and only lashes out because he’s the equivalent of a child throwing a tantrum as he rages and smashes the unfairness life throws at him. It is because of this that Loaf Hulk is also the softer and gentler side of Loaf that just wants to be accepted and loved by others, often showing a form of delicate care for things that don’t do anything to rile him up. The best example is the Pluto Crew, as they treat him like they treat Loaf, like a family and because they love him. That, in and of itself, is the most incredible aspect of all. For as Loaf is Loaf, Loaf Hulk is Loaf Hulk.
