Description
The Inhumans are a subspecies of humans that were created thousands of years ago when the Kree were looking to gain a new weapon in their war with the Skrulls. They gathered hundreds of humans for genetic alteration testing at a Kree laboratory. The Kree mined out the center of Earth's moon to build a colossal scientific complex. Years of testing came with little success as only 1 in 20 humans gained superhuman abilities. With the Kree/Skrull war coming to an end, the testing facility was to be shut down and the subjects were to be terminated. As humans died one by one, a superhuman rose up and led his brethren to victory against their captors. They drove the Kree away, but they also lost their only means of returning to Earth. Using the facility and their own powers, the people started to build a community that would one day become the Kingdom of Attilan.

Medusalith and her sister Crystalia were members of the royal family and cousins to Blackagar and Maximus. After going through Terragenesis, Medusalith was transformed into a reptilian state with her hair turning into many serpents that can stretch, spit venom, and regrow if ever severed. Her look would of been horrifying to humans on Earth, but to the people of Attilan, she was magnificent. When Blackagar underwent his own Terragenesis, he gained a hypersonic scream that killed his parents. Medusalith stayed with Blackagar when no one else would approach him out of fear. She wasn't afraid of Blackagar and she would stay with him not just for that, but also because they were betrothed. Medusalith would also help to teach Blackagar sign language so that he could communicate with others. In the years after that, Blackagar and Medusalith were married and their union produced the Inhuman Prince, Ahura.

With the dawning of a new age of heroics and supervillainy, The Inhumans are becoming less of a secret and some have discovered their existence, like the Fantastic Four. Blackagar and Medusalith had conflicting opinions on what to do, stay hiding or reveal themselves, make peace or prepare for war ? This conflict ran deep into the king and queen's relationship until Blackagar took things too far and started running Attilan like a cruel empire so that it would be protected from all outside threats, even mankind. Medusa, Ahura, and Crystalia would flee to Earth and give warning to humans about what Inhumans were capable of should Blackagar declare war. The last Medusalith heard of Blackagar was that he managed to unite Inhuman tribes of other alien species with the Kingdom of Attilan and gained four wives from this unity, Oola Udonta of the Incenturians, Aladi Ko Eke of the Badoon, Onomi Whitemane of the Kymellians, and Avoe of the Direst Wraiths.

Medusalith lives on Earth and has made a home with Ahura and even been seen with Curtis Connors who is permanently stuck as the Lizard (but still has some semblance of humanity left) and was left alone as his wife and son left him out of fear and moved to Florida.
