My reimagining of Sonic's steel doppelganger, Metal Sonic.Failure and failure was taking it's toll on Eggman, and he started to take his machines into a more crazier direction but out of this deranged thinking came his greatest invention, Metal Sonic. If Eggman's war machines couldn't take on Sonic, then a robotic duplicate would match and surpass the blue blur.
Metal Sonic is outfitted with a supercomputer that calculates 10,985 times faster than the human mind. Because of this he is able to perceive the world going 205 times slower than we see it. With Sonic going at his fastest, he still looks like he's going in slow motion when being seen by Metal Sonic at his full thinking capacity. Metal Sonic is built with Ring Absorbing capabilities to increase his speed and power like they do with Sonic. Metal Sonic's robotic body gives him incredible strength and makes it hard to damage him. The only weakness Metal Sonic has is that the Solaris Core (not that Solaris) in his chest overheats after prolonged use and Metal Sonic needs to vent this heat all over his body in order to be in working order. If the vents are blocked then, Metal Sonic runs the risk off overheating and exploding.

My ideal voice for him would be William E. Martin, the voice for Shredder in the "Red Sky" seasons of TMNT (Seasons 8-10)

William E. Martin unfortunately passed away in early 2016. My ideal voice actor for Metal would have to be David Sobolov (the voice of Doctor Fate in Injustice 2).

Metal Sonic probably isn't gonna have any of those forms. I think he'd figure out that a bigger target is more easier for Sonic to beat so he'd stay away from that method of attack.

I thought he would evolve from that state he's in. Get the same Neo Metal Sonic outfit with the trenchcoat.
He'll use the chaos emeralds to become Super like Sonic, Shadow & Silver. Probably evolve.

He would alter and upgrade himself but he'll never sport a trenchcoat look. He sees no use to that appearance.
You're right in Metal Sonic using the emeralds as a method to evolve, that's the only reason he collects them. He can't achieve a Super form because he can't absorb all that chaos energy that Sonic, Shadow, and Silver can.

Hope something better than the other Metal Sonic versions.
Maybe he'll turn into something metallic in super form. Something like "Super Android 13", "Super Android 17" and/or even "Cell".

I'm hoping Metal Sonic can become something like Super Android 13, Super Android 17 & Perfect Cell.
From the way I see Metal Sonic, he's an Imperfect Cell.

Yes, originally he was just controlled by his programming but he later formed sentience on his own and started to gain an Artificial Intelligence. Metal Sonic is too smart to get in the way of other opponents who want to defeat Sonic. Plus he doesn't have pride to make him want to be the one to defeat Sonic. He'll let others fight Sonic and calculate the best possible moment and method to attack.

Hmm... sorry for asking you the same question like Dread Rat. I just thought that villainous rivals can get determined and wants to kill their own enemies by their own hands and/or worked with the heroes only because of a common purpose.

While I do understand that villains would get a certain satisfaction from bringing down their enemies, I've seen it one too many times where villains come close to actually defeating the hero but because of a personal matter of pride, the hero manages to get out of the whole situation and the villain is defeated. So I want to make villains that won't fall for these same clichés that make villains lose time and time again.

Yeah, he scans the way his enemies fight and can mechanically replicate their abilities. He also can come up with countermeasures to fight those abilities he copies.

Sonic X was't THAT bad ;;; (The 4Kids dub was the bad thing wtih that if ya ask me since it was meant to be a cartoon version of the Sonic Adventure games)

It might of been sub par in my opinion but Chris and Cosmo were some of the most one dimensional characters I've ever seen
Chris was the Jimmy Olsen of Sonic, he might as well have gotten the title Sonic's Pal. I mean this kid is like the male verison of a Mary Sue. From the first episode we find out he's rich with parents who are a software company CEO and actress, a bodyguard who's a martial artist, and a scientist grandfather and his only problem is that he's lonely. Great start for a main character, huh ?
Cosmo always struck me as being made as nothing more than Tail's Girlfriend for a final season that wasn't needed. That's all I remember about her, at least with Chris there was enough to remember so that I could come to the conclusion that I hated his character but with Cosmo, she doesn't do anything worth me remembering her (I know she sacrificed herself to defeat the villain but even I had to look that up to know it)
Plus these two seem like they're nothing but happy, kind, or sad all the time. Like they have no emotional range or are incapable of feeling any other type of emotion.

Well he has the one on top of his head, One on each arm, Two on each leg, and the lines on his chest also count as vents but are different from the others.
