The supervillain siblings of 's Toonman. The guy thought up by him and the girl thought up by me.

Fredrick and Frieda Carmine having been considered trouble from the moment they could walk. They've been in every kind of punishment a kid and teen could have. At 24 years old, they just got out of prison for being "model prisoners" but this was just an act. Once they both were out of prison, they looked up their old "buddy" Dennis Munsell, who they used to torment and cheat off of in high school, whose become a chemist. Threatening him, they were able to get a failed chemical weaponized into aerosol form. Fredrick thought to become supervillains with these new toys but Frieda thought that was a stupid idea and the twins split up. Fredrick made a costume and got his chemical canisters ready to cause the city some chaos as The Red Menace. After being captured so many times by Toonman, Fredrick was declared insane and sent to a mental hospital to receive treatment to "condition" his evil ways. His mind was broken and when Frieda found out about this, she vowed to get vengeance on everyone responsible, especially Toonman, and to do this, she has become the newest Red Menace and has even better weapons than her brother had.

Weapons
Red Menace I - Chemical Canisters that contain a gas that turns people into crimson skinned zombies that follow his command, gas mask underneath actual mask to protect him from the gas. "Hair" turns into razor sharp spikes upon activation from RM.

Red Menace II - Chemical Canisters are attached to her arms for an up close gas attack to anyone who comes near her, gas mask underneath actual mask to protect her from the gas, stronger concentration of gas that makes turning the zombies back to normal almost impossible, "Hair" ignites into a giant trail of flames upon activation from RM.
