A once incredible soldier of House Pulsa and brother to Ritari Pulsa www.deviantart.com/zigwolf/art… . Ritorio was on his way to becoming a high ranking general and even joined Ritari in battle as she had become a Power Ranger and fought against the forces of evil, but tragedy would befall Ritorio when he died in battle from an enemy solar bomb going off and incinerating him and his troops. Half of Ritorio's body was burned down to the bone and he received a soldier's funeral. Years later, after Ritari felt disillusioned with her mission as a hero and as a Power Ranger, she fell to the influence of Lord Zedd and became his Sorceress. With her dark magic, Ritari used the bones of Ritorio and the bones of other fallen soldiers since much of his skeleton was burned to ash, as well as Ritorio's burnt armor in a resurrection spell, and Ritorio was brought back as an undead warrior with only a portion of his original self left and with some voices in his head. When Ritari died on prehistoric Earth, the magic that brought Ritorio faded and he was left as inanimate bones, slime, and metal for billions of years. In the present, Ritari found a way to return to life and Ritario pieced himself back together and started making his way to his master and sister, but that would take a while as he is many light years away from her.

This version of Rito Revolto is quite the formidable enemy as the slime his body is encased in can absorb physical impacts. Laser attacks can still harm him but brute force and sword attacks do little to no damage to him. Being undead also makes him never tired or in need of recovery like a normal living being would need. His deadliest weapon is his jagged bone sword-arm. Ritorio also has large bone claw legs coming out of his back that enable quick climbing up and down and can be used in attacking an enemy.
