Description
This is my version of Secret Squirrel that was part of an idea I had to combine cartoons, games, and movies with humanoid animals all into one universe, kinda like 's comics Grim Tales From Down Below and Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi.This Secret was betrayed by his agency and left for dead, but he returned as a cyborg to destroy the corrupt agency who betrayed him and ruined his life.
As a cyborg his is the Inspector Gadget of his universe in the sense that every cybernetic part he has can become many weapons and gadgets.
He has been linked to having connections with Sandy Cheeks, Gyro Gearloose, and Dr. Paula Hutchinson.

I've heard that Secret Squirrel and Sandy Cheeks are a couple, and honestly, I'm more of a fan of the pairing Spongebob and Sandy.

I'm curious, weren't Sandy, Gyro, and Dr. Hutchinson worried about Secret Squirrel's goal for vengeance?

They were all together more for his recovery. Gyro and Hutchinson left after Secret's recovery and Sandy was the only one left to convince him not to get revenge. Unfortunately SECRET found out Secret Squirrel survived and launched an assault on Sandy's treedome. Secret fought them off and won. Taking an enemy sub he left to pursue those who ordered his assassination and Sandy wished him luck.

If you don't mind me guessing again of who's behind the corruption again, at first I thought would be M.A.D but it just doesn't seem to fit on the Anthroverse, not unless you could brought it up with a change or twist.

Oh, well I'm only pulling stuff from series with anthropomorphic animals, so M.A.D. might not work. Someone in SECRET was indeed responsible for forcing the Chief and Penny to turn on Secret.

That's what Secret is trying to find out. He's on a path of revenge which will stop when he finds out who ordered his assassination.

I can think of only one reason why someone would ordered Secret Squirrel's assassination, it was probably because of his anti-hero ways if I know what they are exactly cause I can think one, he killed criminals without mercy.

Well I think Secret Squirrel accidentally stumbled upon SECRET's plan during a different mission and they decided to take him out. Instead of doing it themselves, they force Chief and Penny to do it through methods like blackmail and ransom.
If SECRET was afraid that Agent 000 would come after them, they now have to deal with him gunning after them and with less qualms about bringing them in alive.

I don't know if you thought that Slappy could be a relative to Secret Squirrel or Penny but I was starting to imagine that Slappy would say, "What can I do? He's/She's my brother/sister."

Well there's larger forces at work here than just Β Penny and The Chief and they strong armed them into turning on Secret. These forces threatened to shut down the Agency and expose some dirty secrets from the Chief's past. With Penny all they had to do was threaten her and Secret's son, Skippy, who was at his aunt Slappy's house for the summer. With all these things at risk, Penny and the Chief had no choice but to turnΒ againstΒ Secret and Morocco.

Yeah that's probably good but he's become somewhat an anti-hero type of agent. But everything else has gone wrong and drastically different from how the show is. The Chief and Penny have betrayed Secret and Morocco and when they try to escape, Morocco is killed and Secret, seriously injured, falls into the ocean and would of drowned had it not been for underwater scientist Sandy Cheeks, who brings in fellow doctors and scientists, Paula Hutchinson and Gyro Gearloose to help this stranger that's fallen under Sandy's care. TheyΒ gave him cyberneticΒ replacements and saved his life. Secret takes time to recover in Sandy's tree dome and starts to remember all that he lost, his best friend Morocco, his wife Penny, who turned on him,Β and his son, Skippy (from Animaniacs) and then started to think only of vengeance on who was responsible for this. Sandy helped him get familiar with his new cybernetics and even developed new weapons and gadgets over the course of a few months and in that time, Secret and Sandy became a couple and a team.
