My newest Tuff Puppy OC Villain.Shadow Swine is the newest villain in Petropolis. What can he do and what are his goals ? No one knows. Is he a master assassin or the greatest thief ever or a renegade underground fighter ? No one knows and he's been linked to all of those types of crimes. His true power is being really, really, really, really mysterious. Plus no one knows what he looks like under his cloak outside of his nose his nose sticking out of his hood.

Actually this was really coincidental. I came up with a bit of dialogue
for my Tammy pic that I thought would be good to have a pig in for it
and this came out that and the reason he's got a cloak is because he was
originally called Shroud Swine and I thought it would fit his "mysterious" theme
if he didn't have any part of him showing beside his nose under his cloak.
