Description
A new incarnation of Spyro the combines the original, the Legend of Spyro trilogy, and the Skylanders.

Long ago, the tyrannical leader of the Gnorcs, Gnasty, and his generals were planning to put all of the magical realms under his control until the mighty dragons came and tore his realm away from the others. In the time since then, dragons and other magical creatures have only known peace, but the spell that kept Gnasty away was fading and he returned, having learned dark magic to better fight against the dragons. In the Artisan realm, Gnasty cast a curse turning all dragons to crystal statues and the only one not effected was a very special purple dragon named Spyro. With his friend Sparx, a fire-dragonfly Spyro must set out to recruit other dragons to mission of defeating Gnasty and saving their friends, family, and homes.
