Description
My redesign of the Danny Phantom villain, Technis, The Master of Mechanical Mayhem. I went with a frightening mad doctor/scientist look with some electric stuff thrown in with blade fingers inspired by Freddy Kruger.
This will be the first of many Danny Phantom villain redesigns made to make them all look more frightening and ghostly than they were before

I love this new look for him
reminds me of Dr.Animo(who,while campy,if you actually step back and look. He has a device that basically turns any animal into a super predator/living weapon.)

Well his new story is that, in his former life, he was Nikolai LeSat, a brilliant, but arrogant scientist. He was working on finding ways to digitally copy the mind into a machine. His overconfidence in his own intellect made him difficult to work with others. When his work was at its peak, a fellow scientist made a costly mistake and Nikolai grew angry and dismissed everyone. He spent months at his lab, neglecting his family and his health. With no test subjects for his work, Nikolai used his device on himself to merely copy his mind, but an error caused his entire mind to be destroyed and his body to die. Nikolai was found days later by a janitor and they took his body away, unaware that some of the machines in the lab were acting on their own. Nikolai's mind wasn't entirely destroyed, it was successfully copied but it was also altered due to Nikolai dying in the process and he became a literal "Ghost in the Machine"

Huh, I never came up with a way he died but if I were to come up with one now, it would be that Nicolai Tekniss used to be an engineer/scientist who would throw himself into his work to the point where he wouldn't see his family or friends for weeks. On his last experiment, one of his fellow scientists messed up and ruined their progress. Tekniss then told everyone to leave and that he would finish it himself. Weeks later, he did finish that experiment and tested it out by himself and it went wrong resulting in the lab blowing up and leaving Tekniss mortally wounded and alone with no one to help. He died and his ghost appeared and took on the properties of the equipment around him and became the tech based ghost we know as Technis.

Nice XP Maybe his body was imbedded in some of his tech and thus became one with the computer?
Though for Theadora and her brother...maybe tey were slain when they got hexed by the Amulets of Eragon? You know, knights hunting dragons to free themselves from a tyranical king and his sister, who was an unwitting innocent

Or maybe he tried to download his consciousness and died in the process.
How about if they were given the amulets by a witch in disguise as revenge against the king for ordering the deaths of her coven for practicing witchcraft. The amulets turned the prince and princess into dragons and they proceeded to burn down the kingdom. The king's children would be his downfall. Days after the kingdom was burned, knights from neighboring kingdoms came and killed the dragons. Another spell in the amulets caused the whole kingdom, it's people, and Dorathea and Aragon to be sent to the ghost zone for all eternity where none of the ghosts there would ever be at peace.

Yes to both. Poindexter...hung himself in his locker from bullying? He was more sympathetic and a guardian ghost. Not really evil.

Hmm, is there enough space in a locker for that ? I think a better way to go is that Poindexter was thrown into a locker and was knocked out, so no one knew he was there when the school closed for spring break. A week later, he was found dead after the janitor started smelling something bad coming from one of the lockers.

Hmm...could work. 
Though as a recommendation, maybe NOT make him too stereotypically nerdy? As in, don't go overobard like the show did XP He can still have the overalls and plaid shirt and glasses and what not, but maybe make him look like your average wimpy kid and not a grayscale Erkle?

Yeah, I wouldn't go far like the show did when it comes to his appearance. Something like nerdy casual for that time.

The mad doctor/scientist look really works for a character like Technis. I can see him making a mechanical Frankenstein type of monster.

Yeah that would be awesome. Him putting together different destroyed ghosts into one monstrous being would be cool to see.
