A version of Toonman from a different reality.

In the 90s, Mickey Mason got his hands on the original pilot Tom Foolery pilot "A Fool's Day Out" made by his grandfather Mark Mason and proceeded to cut and splice the cartoon to the point of making it into some different, something twisted. No longer was Tom Foolery an animated hero, he was a psycho who wanted to cut down everything around him. At the local theater where Mickey got his "work of art" shown, everybody in the audience booed at what they were being shown. Mickey was enraged and he wasn't the only one. Somehow Tom wasn't doing what he was animated to do and started staring at the screen as if he was watching the audience like they were watching him. Suddenly he took his sword, Nashy Slashy and cut open a hole through the screen to journey from the animated world into the real one. Tom proceeded to cut down everyone in his path and when the cops arrived, they weren't able to stop Tom because of his toon powers making him near impossible to kill. The world became a more chaotic place with the villain that the media was now dubbing as The Toonmaniac.
