Description
Hero Name: WeatherveinSpecies Name: Atmoslixite
Planet of Origin: Troposwap
Powers/Abilities: Weather Manipulation, Weather Adaption, Electrical Absorption, Shoots lightning from his horn.
Weakness: Horn can be an easy target for attacks.
Additional Info: Instead of having hearts Atmoslixites have a neural tissue sac on their chests that acts as a brain and a heart and here also it stores the electricity it absorbs from lightning storms. Troposwap is a planet of constantly changing weather, one minute there will be a blizzard then the next their will be a heatwave then 2 minutes later there's will be a lightning storm with hail.

Not exactly, he was more inspired by Gravattack being a planetoid who manipulated gravity and Weathervein was suppose to be a planetoid alien who manipulated his own personal atmosphere to create weather events around him. But he somehow turned into this................................not sure how.

So far I am thinking of doing something that's Avian in appearance for sure though...with perhaps a horn like Weathrevein's that acts like a lightning rod?

Here's some ideas I had so far (Working on the hero name 
Weather Alien (Species: Fuju-Kite. Planet: Tempavarie): Appears to be a tall, 14-foot falcon-like bird with snowy-white feathers, black lightning-like patterns on it's large wings (which has a 50-foot long wingspan) with a smaller set of wings on his upper back (which is a 30 foot wing span) with gray cloud-like marks on it's tips, a forked tail with fan-like pattern between them and a large horn-like extension on it's face that has a lightning-like shape to it. It wears a black vest-like jacket and glove-like covers on it's talons, with the Omnitrix Insignia attached to a spot on it's neck.
Powers and Abilities: Flight (Can go about 250 mph in flight thanks to it's double wings), can create hurricane-force wind with it's lower wings by flapping them, the upper wings can create small typhoons for more personal attacks, can shoot out electrical pulses out of it's horn for either a short-range electrical attack or to manipulate the weather when in the sky; can send down weaponized lightning when in flight, can manipulate the wind, can send down hail, can make it snow (if cold enough) or rain (when warm enough), and can send down miniature funnel clouds to pick up objects. Has enhanced strength in its talons and can pierce through steel with it's horn.
Weaknesses: Cannot use weather powers inside, air pressure can effect powers, takes a high amount of concentration for the control of the weather around it, certain storms depend on an area, cannot work in underground areas, powers need an atmopshere for specific weathers to work, cannot speak english but can speak in code.

Yeah, it's a cool ability to have. Though this design wasn't my first idea for this alien, he was going to be a planetoid like Gravattack and use the atmosphere he creates to create weather events around him for combat.
Well I guess maybe introduce Weathervein in a way where his powers come in handy for a particular enemy or environment Ben is in.

That's would be a good idea! A whole fight where the weather changes multiple times in one location is a good idea. What if the bot, S.A.M. used lightning to try and kill Ben and it strikes the Omnitrix/Ultimatrix and it overloads and causes it cycle through multiple aliens before stopping on Weathervein and turning into that.
What if the lightning SAM and WV use makes sounds of it's own and that can be the rock battle for this episode ? You know, something like this. www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPoomw…

Though I can say this much; Weathervein would liekly be easil in the Top 15 of Ben's most powerful aliens given it has weather-manipulating powers XP Heck, maybe this could help him against the Nemetrix since I hvae MANY, MANY doubts that something like this would have a predator.

I think the Ult. Weathervein would be the size of the moon and instead of manipulating it's own atmosphere's weather on a local level, it manipulates a planet's weather on a global scale.
