another attempt at a surreal abstract horror piece. Kinda enjoying the freeform aspect of the creation process, I like how I can just let some emotion and artistic frustration out without feeling I need a focus.Started off life as [link] by ~octoberjoy

well, not every stock artist loves what I do with their work... given that I tend to twist things around so much. I never assume the stock artist will heap praise onto me

A pretty good attempt I'd say, this has depth and movement I love the colours and textures and there are lots of little details to take it, you can't just take a quick look at this and get the right impression. The black shiny spots make me think of alien eyes so it's like an alien colony watching or perhaps its growing/forming into...something...and it's going to jump out and grab deviants and devour them in its dripping maw..the sounds of bones crunching and blood dripping...and eeeeeeeeeek!!!!

I think the crosses do no favours for this piece, take them away and you got a serious work of art on your hands. Beautifully crafted, just those crosses, cheap looking for such an extravagent manifestation.

So gorgeous...I love the way the brown hues run and mix, like chocolate and coffee. And in the midst of them these bright eyes pop out and watch our every move...beautiful, intriguing work.

This is an incredible piece the colors shapes and structure is remarkable. I get the sense its a living map fleshed out on some monstrosity. Regardless of what it is, the attention to detail down to the shadows in the expanding bands in the background complete this piece where most abstract pieces really falter. You've created a balance and an amount of detail that make your eyes wander every time you look at it. This is truly a gem.
