Wonderful piece of art, although i have to echo about schizophrenia not being split personality. Although true enough about the title lol. Whats your experience with the disorder? There are so many misconceptions about it.

Cool piece, though it kind of misrepresents what schizophrenia actually is. What looks like the "multiple personalities" angle is actually Dissociative Identity Disorder, not schizophrenia.

pretty sure that "Dissociative Identity Disorder" wouldn't be such a snappy title tho
but, then again this is my take on this disorder after being around people who have it. It reflects my personal expressions on the subject.

I faved it when it was "just a wip" and now that it's done it's even more incredible.
Schizophrenia is such a touchy subject to deal with on any level (I have some personal connection to it through family members). You've done a great job portraying the way it "tears apart" the person's very personality and distorts everything for the one who is afflicted with it while at the same time, making that person seem frightening and disjointed to others as well.
In our world of political correctness, mental illness is one of the things that falls victim to being discussed in strictly clinical terms, without going into the very real suffering the schizophrenic or his/her family go through. There is nothing "pretty" about Schizophrenia, and I appreciate you de-sanitizing the subject.

basically you see people and events that aren't there and never happened, and you can't tell which is real and which isn't
